Dear Parents,
           
Miss Mary’s baby boy was born on Tuesday, Jan.17 @ 4:39 PM.  Everything went well and both mother and child are healthy and well!  Baby Ricky weighed 7lbs 5 oz and is 21” long.  There are pictures on doors!

Nevaeha’s little sister was born on Saturday, Jan. 21, 6lbs 8oz.  I saw her and she’s absolutely gorgeous.  We give thanks and praise to our Lord for these precious infants and their families.

My computer had a virus big time.  I was without it a week and there are still files I am unable to access.  We had to order some new software because what was originally on the computer is too old to be used!  I’m still unable to update our website.  Dave Googins is working hard to restore everything for me.  We’ve also had to replace some software as our copies were too old to install!

Please understand and don’t be offended when we ask you to identify yourself when at the back door, it’s the image we see on the cameras.  It is dark and not very clear.  Images are particularly obscure on dark dreary days!

Parking: Please folks, I’ve waited forty years for a parking space and was finally assigned one this year.  The place is clearly marked with a sign.  Please leave it for me.  Thank you in advance.

We have not increased tuition in three years but we definitely have the need to do so now to simply meet expenses.  You will be notified of the decision and amount shortly.  The same condition will apply.  On time payments will continue to receive a discount. The increase is not something we want to do but is a necessity!

We will be participating in the Krause’s candy fundraiser this month.  Again, participation is voluntary but every little bit of additional funds help us!  Please note beginning and ending dates on the info in your mailboxes.

We’re also participating in a SchoolStore fundraiser.  There is no expense to participants in this fundraiser.  Any purchases at the participating stores will generate money for the school.  Please look into it and participate SchoolStore.com.  Our login ID is 243558.  Thanks!
           
Reminder:  School closed Monday, Feb. 20 in observance of President’s Day.
                    Ash Wednesday is Wednesday, Feb. 22. 

Permission slips for the Imposition of the Ashes will be in your mailboxes prior to Ash Wednesday.

Please introduce yourself to Miss Sheila in the PM program.  Sheila is a mom and also has experience working with people with disabilities.

Miss Kim is a sub in the PM program.  Kim has experience is a mom and also has experience in child care facilities.

Please remember to return your child’s Progress Report to their teacher.  June’s evaluations will be entered on it and in June it will be yours to keep!
